Delivery Information Based On Courier Service
Currently, our ordering system does not ship to all countries except Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Spain and Canada. If your delivery address is outside of those countries, or if you have any concern about shipping issues, please email first to us at BalloonMalaysia@gmail.com, to make shipping arrangement before you make your order.
Shipping rates and policies are subjected to change without prior notice. Shipping charges depends on the “Ship to address” and “Shipping Method” selected. Shipping durations, in working days, are based on normal circumstances and are approximate. To make up for any possible delay in shipping, we will do our best to ship out the goods earliest possible after receiving your order and payment, but please order early to allow sufficient time for your goods to arrive.
Depending on promotion we provide from time to time, you may use the Shipping Discount Code during check out to save on your shipping charges.
Goods that delivered to overseas address might be subjected to local taxes and duties. The shipping charge does not include goods and services tax, or any import duties or taxes the goods might be subjected to. These are additional cost which to be borne by the person that receive the goods.
Please do not use P.O Box address as we need recipient to receive the parcel. Please double confirm your delivery address and contact number during the order process. Once the order is confirmed, the goods will be ready to ship and we might not be able to change the delivery location.
Mistake in address or contact number, or no one at the location to receive the goods might result in return goods. Repeated shipping and handling charges will be imposed if such situation occurs. .
Please take note, all balloon products are ship out flat (no helium or air pumped).

Our system will automatically calculate item weights and postage at your checkout page, but due to many reason, it might not be 100% exactly same with actual postage, no changes or adjustment will made.
Special Delivery for Balloons Banquet
Balloon Bouquets are helium-filled, colorful balloon arrangements. They can come in different themes, sizes, colors and combinations of balloons.
People decide to send bouquets of balloons to their friends, relatives and loved ones because they want to:
- Surprise the recipient
- Make the recipient feel special
- Celebrate an occasion
- Express a sentiment or emotion in a creative way
- Create a lasting memory
Usually, we will charge extra for this type of delivery. Price ranging from RM 80.00 to RM 150.00.
Also need to advance order (around 3 to 5 days).
Limited to Johor Bahru, Penang, Melaka and KL only. For other location please contact us first.
Orders are delivered within the time frame selected. It is important that you verify that the recipient will be on site during this time, as it is not feasible to make multiple attempts to deliver.
If the recipient is not available, the balloons will be left on site.
- In apartment buildings, condominiums, office or hotel, we will leave them with the manager or tie them to the recipient's door.
- In single family dwellings/landed house, we will first attempt to leave them with a neighbour. As a last resort we will tie the balloons to the front door.
Please feel free to call us following your selected delivery time for a confirmation of the delivery.
We can tell you when the order was delivered and whether or not the recipient accepted the delivery in person. We will also prove it by photo.
For International Customers
From 20/10/2015, we are starting to accept International orders. No minimum order.
We will inform you the extra shipping charges that you need to top up later. Or best email us what you want to order before placing the order online.
