But so far, all our orders were arrived in good condition.

Delivery Advise:

The balloon will take about 1 to 2 days to arrive by courier company.

Please plan your shipping date. Example if you need it on Saturday, you have to ask us to ship advance on Wednesday or Thursday.

For custom make this balloon, we need at least 1 to 2 days. 

We do not accept urgent or next days delivery order.

24″ bubble filled with small balloons and your choice of balloon colors and image on the balloon.

Choose any colours to suit your theme & occasion.

Follow our Step by Step for options.

We may add some extra design and adjust the position of the design to make it look better.

Price includes up to four words or 30 letters max, for example “Happy Birthday 21st Yvonne” on one side of the balloon.

For double sided personalisation, longer phrases or logos please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Step by Step Explain Ordering Options

Step 1:

Choose your text up to four words or 30 letters max, for example “Happy Birthday 21st Yvonne” on one side of the balloon.

Step 2:

Choose one of the color from the above for your text on the balloon.

You can only choose one color for the wording text.

Dark Gold and Glossy Gold Color will have extra charge.

Step 3:

Choose your fonts for the text.

Sample of the fonts as below:

We do not accept other font, only those listed above.

Step 4:

Choose your image for your balloon.

Only One images max per balloon. We will adjust the image size acordingly.

If you want more like 2 or 3 images, you can put your request at the below "Special Instruction" box.

The more image you put, the smaller the images will be.

Optional, you can skip this step if you just want a plain wording balloon.

Step 5:

Choose your image color.

Extra charge if you want another color for the image.

Will be free if you just only use single same color for text and images.

For example if your text is red color, you can click and choose red then it will be free.

Step 6:

How many small balloons you want inside the big transparent balloon?

Standard is 6pcs but if you want more, you can choose 8pcs which is the max.

Anything more than 8pcs will cut shorten the balloon floating time.

Step 7:

What type of shape you want for your small balloons?

You can choose round or heart shape, or mix if you want.

Extra charge for Mix Shape.

Step 8:

What color you want for your small balloons?

Your can choose up to 3 colors max. 

Example if you have 6pcs of balloons inside and choose 3 colors, you will have each color for 2 balloons.

Step 9:

Other than the small balloons you can add to the transparent balloon, you can also add below items inside your balloon:

a. Confetti

Actual product might be different in color or size.

b. Feathers

Actual product might be different in color or size.

c. White Polystyrene Pellets

All addon will have extra charges.

Step 10:

So what you want to use to tie the balloon?

We have 2 types for you to choose.

a. Tulle

Above Tulle color is white.

Tulle color depends on your small balloons and wording color.

b. Garland

Garland shape and color are in random.

Tie with garland string will have extra charge.

Step 11:

Do you want to install led light for this balloon like what shown on the picture below.

Led light will be off when delivered. You have to on it by yourself.

There will be extra charges for installing a LED light string for the balloon.

At last if you need to add any special instructions, do type in the below box:
