METHOD OF PAYMENT

To provide you with hassle free payment methods, we ease you up with the following ways for you to make a payment.

Currently, we only accept 6 types of payment.
Which is Bank Transfer, ATM Cash Deposit, Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card and FPX Online Payment.

1) Bank Transfer or ATM Cash Deposit
 
Bank Account Information:


We accept payment make through ATM Cash Deposit, Direct / Over-Counter Bank-in or Internet Banking (Maybank2U, HSBC, RHB, CIMB Clicks etc.). The bank account information will send together to your email with the Order Confirm Email.

a) For online bank transfer payment, the bank requires one working day to process cash transfer using Interbank Funds Transfer (GIRO). Therefore, orders paid using GIRO will take one extra day to ship. We advise customer to use instant transfer to speed up your order delivery.

b) For payment via ATM Cash Deposit Machine, please deposit an amount greater than the order amount. E.g. If order amount is RM77.35, please deposit RM80.00. (due to machine cannot accept coins or small notes). BalloonMalaysia.com will refund the extra amount by adding credit to our online system for your next purchase.

The currency must be in RM when paying from a foreign bank account.
All orders will be processed and ship out after the confirmation and verification of payment is successful.
You will be notified via e-mail regarding the approval and shipment of your items.

If you have trouble receiving our e-mail, remember to check your SPAM folder.

IMPORTANT:

After you have successfully made the payment, kindly email or Whatsapp us at 016-7466006 immediately in order for us to acknowledge your payment. 

Please remember to add the following information :-

Order ID (eg: #3210)
Bank in Amount (eg: RM49.00)
Bank in Method (eg: MBB cash deposit, MBB Online Funds Transfer, CIMB, Credit Card etc)
Print Screen or Scanned Copy of Bank in Slip

2) Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal

In order to maintain our high quality services and low prices, we need to add 4% for this payment handling fee. There will be a extra 4% of the total transaction amount for the payment handling fee. Example: if your total amount is RM100.00 and you going to using paypal payment, the total will be RM104.00 when you checkout.

3) FPX (Financial Process Exchange) Online Transfer Payment 

FPX is a secure and reliable online payment gateway that enables you to pay for your online purchases hassle free and in real-time. You can make payments using your Current and Savings account if you have apply for online banking services. There will be a RM1.00 payment handling fee if your total purchase amount is less than RM100.00.
 

Take Note:

For those who are using Bank transfer:
Please remember to type in YOUR NAME and ORDER ID in the TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION and NOTIFY us by including this phone number (016-7466006) OR our email (balloonmalaysia@gmail.com) as 3rd Party Email Address in Maybank2u when making the payment for us to track your transaction. 
Payment has to be made within 24 hours, otherwise your ORDER will be canceled. Also we will only ship out the goods until bank clear the payment.
