All items purchased online through BalloonMalaysia.com are not returnable and refundable, unless the products are defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned, you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 3 days you received your items.
The product(s) must be photographed upon receiving and email to firstname.lastname@example.org within (3) days. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice if any) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our office, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 5-7 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Purchase made with cash: a cash refund will be issued. Purchase made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to the original card.
Once we received your return package, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please allow another 2-4 working days for the credit to be posted to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies. Credit or refund will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
